GUIDE TO SUPPLYING IMAGES
Please utilise this guide to support the supply of images of your damaged vehicle. This process will help us reduce the overall repair time, to asses the visible damage and possibly order parts prior to your vehicle arriving on site. When taking images of your vehicle damage, we will require the following:
Please email your images to us on repair@isgfleet.co.uk quoting your unique reference starting “IM0”
4 identification images, one from each corner of the vehicle.
These images must show the number plates and sides of the vehicle.
One overall damage image.
Please stand back and capture the majority of the damage in one shot.
1 image of each panel or area that is damaged. If possible from two angles.
Please provide one images showing the mileage on the vehicle, and one of the VIN / Chassis number. This is composed of 17 characters, both alpha and numerical and is usually located towards the bottom right of the windscreen – on a sticker in the door opening – or under the bonnet.
Please also take this opportunity to let us know of any further issues you may have noticed, for example:
The car is making a noise from…
The steering is pulling since the incident…
The door does not open…
Once we are in receipt of all the images as requested above, our estimating team will then compile a basic assessment of the damage. This will provide a potential requirements for parts, enabling us to order these parts so they are ready when the vehicle arrives on site.
Please note, if the damage is more complex than originally thought, the estimating team may request the vehicle comes onto site for a full assessment.
